Vectorscope ability to only view one line #1019

Is your proposal related to a problem?
Some television recordings have a vertical interval test signal that contains a single line of color bars and white / black levels. However, the vectorscope in ld-analyse is limited to only show the entire frame of color information, which makes it impossible to use the VITS line to adjust the chroma phase.

Add a checkbox or something to put the vectorscope in single line mode, vs full frame mode.
