Deploy/Delete commands

Official VS Code plugin pack comes with commands (that can be triggered on save) to deploy and delete sources. I think it would be cool to create commands with same functionality BUT that would display deployment hints from sfdx-hardis using VS Code diagnostics API.

But as with CI, servers are supposed to deploy (including deletions), not users from VsCode... are you sure it's worth the time investment ?
