NullReferenceException in Page.QuerySelectorAsync when page loses connection/becomes unresponsive

Sometimes getting NullReferenceException when calling page.QuerySelectorAsync() on a page that appears to be open but has lost its connection. The page tab remains visible in the browser but enters an infinite loading state.

Noticed that it happens more often in Debug mode
