Plugin does not seem operational

Hi @Ompragash ,
We seem to be having a problem with this plugin.  

Whenever I attempt to utilize the OIDC with credentials that are validated using Harness's GCP OIDC Connector, there is a failure message stating the following

`oidc-token is not provided{"level":"info","msg":""}`

This occurs in Prod 1 and Prod 0, so I believe there is a problem with the plugin itself
