Allow resizing of emulator to be larger #188

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Provide a way to resize the emulator. It's pretty small at 4k resolution.
Describe the solution you'd like
Some way to resize the width of the UI column with the emulator to increase its size at higher display resolutions.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the resize icons on the emulator only resizes the emulator, but not the width of the column it's embedded in
