Document not getting uploaded & redirect to error page

This extension is working fine in development mode but when i deployed it and added document to the product & click update ,it redirect to error page "something went wrong" .It is impossible to access that product's page after that.In configuration section there is no service described to upload documents unlike amazon s3 for images. I think that might be the problem,have you uploaded documents successfully?any help would be appreciated

Are u using amazon s3 for doc upload if yes then yeah I have not tested s3 doc uploads yet .... currently I am working on creating rspec test cases .......

I have included s3 support in doc model try and test if it works currently I have no way to test it ....
Creating rspec test cases is on priority list right now ..........
