Hey folks,
I wanted to share something I am excited about. We now have a proper contributor recognition system set up for the project.
Every contribution matters. Whether you are fixing a typo, reporting a bug, writing code, or helping answer questions, it all counts. I put together a few scripts that track contributions and give everyone a spot in our contributors sections, along with badges that show how you have helped.
You can see the contributor lists here:
Textbook contributors
MLSysBook Contributors
TinyTorch contributors
TinyTorch contributors
Hardware kits contributors
TinyML Kits contributors
Colabs contributors (coming soon!)
Labs contributors
Beyond code contributions, I am also experimenting with ideas around learning recognition. For example, if someone finishes reading a chapter and completes short online quizzes, they could earn a learning badge that reflects progress over time. I am very open to suggestions and ideas here.
How It Works
When you contribute, just drop a comment on the relevant issue or pull request:
That is it. The bot will automatically add you to the appropriate contributors list.
Thanks again to everyone who has contributed so far. If you have been thinking about jumping in, now is a great time.
Cheers,
Vijay
