Workflow cleanup #401
Description
Cleanup on the workflow in a few different ways:
- Ensure workflows are named in a standard way
- Ensure workflows adhere to our standards
- Ensure workflows are up to date with version numbers
- Ensure the build workflow is a required check for every PR
Separately:
- Ensure we have branch protection rules implemented on the repo
