[Ethereum Shadowing] Unit Mismatch: Tinybars vs Wei Interpretation on Hedera Network

Description:
We've identified an issue related to unit mismatches between Hedera's tinybars and Ethereum's wei, which is affecting transaction values and leading to unintended behavior.

Issue Details

• Problem: Hedera uses tinybars (1 hbar = 10^8 tinybars), not wei (1 ether = 10^18 wei). When sending a transaction with msg.value = 10^18 expecting it to match Ethereum’s behavior, it is instead interpreted as 10^8 tinybars (1 hbar) on Hedera.
• Expected Outcome: The transaction should handle the value according to Ethereum's interpretation if we are to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Current Outcome: The value is read as 10^8 tinybars instead of 10^18, leading to incorrect data in the contract's state.

Reproduction Steps

1. Execute an eth_call with transaction value = 10^18 for the following method in the contract:

2. Verify the saved value in the “a” field by using:

Additional Notes
