We noticed that in our production environment the default 5s initial delay can be too short causing server pods to get killed. The above mentioned issue seems to solve it by overwriting it with a patch or a fork but we would rather add support to the official chart.

Allow updating readiness probe settings for server containers to better adjust environment specific needs.
