The code looks good to me. Although I'm not familiar with how this helps to send the metadata to HCP.

Description
Add the required metadata to the Artifact struct. This will make sure that we can track openstack build
with HCP
Rollback Plan
If a change needs to be reverted, we will roll out an update to the code within 7 days.
