This would be a perfect workaround for a both APIs missing terraform provider and with provider but missing ephemeral implementations which happens a lot at this stage.

I'd be happy to collaborate if maintainers consider this proposal fine 🙂

Any resolution here? This looks like an obvious resource that should be implemented after adding ephemeral resources feature.
