change the `removed` with `destroy=false` action color to yellow in the UI

Hi, I've been refactoring some code for a client, and first time using the removed blocks. They are really useful, so firstly thanks for adding them. Is it possible though to make the output text yellow instead of red as it looks almost exactly the same as the 'will be destroyed' text, which is also red.

Thanks for filing the issue. Can you include a small screenshot of what you're seeing for whomever takes on this issue?
I might be looking in the wrong place, but I don't see any styling applied to the CLI output for moved actions at all, other than bolding the resource addresses.

Hi @jbardin Sure. Thanks for getting back to me. It's the bit on the right hand side, it's in red which made me nervous :)

I was sent a line of code (I logged this against the wrong repo originally) which may help.

Oh, that's not from a moved block, that is from a removed block. The "will not be destroyed" is extremely important, probably just as much as being destroyed for some cases since it could be leaving orphaned resources running in the remote service.
