I wanted to thank you for creating this fork. The change to add file_limit solved issues for me that were preventing some apps from running at all. It might be worth noting that this was added in the release notes, as I expect it was a big deal for most people who want to use containerd with Nomad.
Once you tag a non-beta release, it may also be worth reaching out to various distro maintainers that package this driver. The official Arch package still targets the Roblox repo, so it will never see fixes like this.
