Use hnix-store 0.2

default.nix imports into its overlay the hnix-store/overley.nix, and that works with current rev there, but we should use 0.2, it is important because it is self-consistency.

Sorki already pretty close to solving this by not using the regex-tdfa haskell-nix/hnix-store#59
