text-iso8601-0.1.1 builds with GHC 9.14.1 and its boot package time-1.15.

Many will probably find there, as currently I'd like to update quickcheck-instances before updating packages I maintain, as most of them depend on that for testing, including aeson.

However, QC-2.17 was messy release, and as far as I'm concerned is missing parts from quickcheck-instances. I would like to update quickcheck-instances only once (and not many times as instances drip one by one), so please help QuickCheck proper to reach completeness, i.e. resolve at least nick8325/quickcheck#459
