Expose some version of `runAndKeepTrack` from `Binary.Get.Internal`

Particularly one with a signature similar to lookAhead. I'm curious as to why this wasn't exposed before. It seems like it would be useful in situations where one might still want to do some processing on the consumed input, such as generating some hash or something from it
