Enable IPv6 support

Could IPv6 support be enabled on https://get-ghcup.haskell.org.

On a IPv6-only machine it fails, therefore I cannot use Haskell and I really want to.

Yes, but it has to go through Fastly. Our providers don't provide IPv4, other than Fastly, which is how we serve most of our content.

I presume you made a typo and meant IPv6?
