Website advertises "full version" with packages included although full version is no longer available #334

It comes in both core versions with tools but no libraries outside of GHC core, or full versions, which include a broader set of globally installed libraries.
However, according to this email from the mailing list, "full" is no longer offered since Haskell Platform 8.6.3:
Second, only core builds are provided, not "full" builds.
The website should be updated to not falsely adverties features that no longer exist.
