First off, amazing integration. I have been looking at other solutions but couldn't get them to work. I'm now experimenting with HAEO but run into a fundamental question for my setup. How to best configure?
My main setup in the Netherlands:
3 x 25A Grid
1 x 25A Hybrid inverter with 4.3kW Solar + 15 kW battery (connected on L2)
3 phase heatpump,
3 x 32A Wallbox car charger for future expansion but actual usage limited to 1 x 16A on L3
My goal is to optimize battery use and maximise solar power own use but the challenge is in my 1 phase inverter.
Option 1:
Define one HAEO instance for all 3 phases, 18kW grid, 6kW inverter, max 6kW battery charge. This would be fine if not for overloading my L2 fuse since it would optimise for a 6kW battery charge in case of low energy price but if my heatpump is running as well it could be within 18kW but exceeding the 6kW max load on L2.
Option 2:
Define 3 HAEO instances, one per phase. This would get rid of the L2 overload issue but If my car is charging on L3 it will not optimize to discharge the battery at the same time since that is on another instance.
