There are some loads which could be considered “shedable”, that is we can shed them if it’s economically sensible.

Such loads would have a value when running, but can be turned off.

Some examples might be, an air conditioner, or a bitcoin miner :P

The implementation is almost exactly the same as curtailable solar.
