Batch replaying triggers

We had a bug in our pipeline that led to several hundred events not being processed. The idea of pressing play on each individually in the web console made me feel glum. Here's a potential solution:

INSERT INTO hdb_catalog.event_log (schema_name, table_name, trigger_name, payload) 
SELECT schema_name, table_name, trigger_name, payload
FROM hdb_catalog.event_log
WHERE 
  error = true 
  AND created_at > '2021-11-02 10:00:00' 
  AND created_at < '2021-11-02 17:00:00'
  AND table_name = 'my_table'
ORDER BY created_at DESC

Make sure to add additional constraints to avoid double processing, perhaps on payload.
