running multiple projects using docker-compose

Hi

On Hasura Cloud, I can able to create multiple projects and launch console for each projects. But when I run Husura on my local using docker (https://hasura.io/docs/latest/graphql/core/getting-started/docker-simple.html), I cannot see the projects for which the console is associated.

1. Any help on how to add project names to docker-compose so that, I can run console for each project.
2. Is there a way to change the GraphQL end points (ex - change from http://localhost:8080/v1/graphql to
   http://localhost:8080/customers-process/allCustomers)
3. For a project or for an Hasura instance, though we can add more than one databases but we can track only one db at a time. can we access tables using - dbName1.schema1.table1 or dbName2.schme1.table1.

Any help on this is greatly aprreciated
