Tuple Comparison / Compare Multiple Columns

Hi all

I would like to achieve the following functionality with GraphQL to calculate pagination cursors.

SELECT * FROM user WHERE

(created_at,id) < ($date,$id)

ORDER BY created_at DESC, id DESC LIMIT 100;

In this case date and id are the cursor and order by and I would assume that simply concat the columns would be significantly slower.
