[BUG] Typescript SDK handleKill is ignored

Describe the issue
Worker ignores handleKill setting.

I am attempting to run hatchet within another server, so I set handleKill to false.
When I hit ctrl-C (SIGINT), Worker always calls process.exit(0) and the logger throws with an unhandled error (write after close).
