Code Refactor & Documentation!

We are planning on transferring the codebase to typescript in order to be more type safe and have future development progress be easier. In addition, the code will be refactored as many core components of the tech will have their functionality modified (specifically the tool, action, and handler classes and subclasses). As all of this is going on we will also be documenting all of the code and eventually releasing a docs page for AET so that you can quickly learn about any AET script and how you might edit/configure it.
