bug: QUIC connect: invalid remote address in use ipv6(--connect-to domain:443:[ip]:443)

I attempted to measure the performance of HTTP/3 using an IPv6 address.
Command behavior
oha.exe --host domain.com --no-pre-lookup --http-version 3 --insecure -n 900000 -c 200 -p 29 --fps 8 --connect-to domain:443:[myipv6]:443 https://domain.com/

I got QUIC connect: invalid remote address [myipv6]:443

I had thought I could achieve the same success as when using my IPv4

I use --http-version 2 and myipv6 success run, but change 2 to 3, fail.

i was able to reproduce it by running
cargo run --features http3 -- --no-tui --host localhost --no-pre-lookup --http-version 3 --insecure -n 10 -c 2 --connect-to localhost:8443:[::1]:8443 https://localhost:8443/ and a custom rust server, i think the issue is probably while parsing the ipv6 address, should be an easy fix

The local loopback address for IPv6 is [::1], which should be available on the local machine just like 127.0.0.1.
Or you can, like me, use WireGuard to build a virtual intranet, which can allocate intranet IPv6 on IPv4-only networks

thats because cargo install --features http3 oha --force installs the latest release v1.12.1 which doesn't have the fix from #839 yet
for now you're gonna have to wait until next release or run cargo install --path . --features http3 --force to use the current fix

I apologize for my unfamiliarity with Rust. I didn't expect building locally after cloning the master branch to be so complicated. I mistakenly thought that running it in the local master branch directory would build the modified code, similar to how go install works.
