Slow speeds

Good Morning,

I've been running this service for months and have had zero issues.

I upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 this past weekend.
I'm using nordvpn and based in the US.

My download speeds are Under 100kB/s.

Where do I start trying to troubleshoot?
I can’t use cli speedtest for some reason but I found another 100mb file download test and that was going just as slow.

Any help would be great. I’ve fairly new to all this. Please forgive me if I mix up terms.
