upload very very slow

I allow myself to write here, because I would like to have your feedback on the use of
docker-transmit-openvpn.
It runs at home without errors on a Synology DS918+.
The download goes smoothly.
However, I have a little problem with the upload. Indeed, I share very little and often nothing at all (I have very few pairs) Do you have the same problem?
