PIA Servers - what format should be used to list the servers?

Hi all. I'm just starting to get setup with this project. I have PIA as my VPN and it seems it is one of the "out of the box" providers. My question is what format should I use to list the servers I want it to utilize? For example: Would I put: "US California" or "California" or "US West" or "West" etc. From what I understand I can put multiple servers on the list. Do they need to be enclosed with anything or just separated by a comma?
