Auto remove according ratio or date added

Hello,
I don't know if this is the right place to ask but is there a way to create a script on Synology to auto-delete torrent based on their ratio or their date added following theses rules:

• Ratio >= 2 -----> remove torrent
• Time added >= 6 months -----> remove torrent
• Else -----> keep seeding torrent
