Prowlarr to connect to trackers over haugene openvpn but to sonarr locally

So I'm trying to move from jackett to prowlarr as jackett is falling over randomly for me.
My ISP is blocking tracker access so I need jackett/prowlarr to use openvpn bit of the solution which is fine.
The problem is that if I attach it to the haugene network this is how it tries to access sonarr and the rest as well.
Any suggestions as to how to tackle this? I think a split tunnel might be what I need but equally not to sure how I'd execute that.

Well that's what I'm not sure of, just 'This site can't be reached' 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET'
Logs do have an error but one to do with updates so I wouldn't expect this to be the issue.
Could it be something with the haugene container since I'm running jackett attached to it's network and the port is exposed via the haugene container?
I don't see any errors in it, but actually now after running it over night I can't access prowlarr either which again is exposed via haugene in the same way.
I have a daily task of taking the containers down and up which resolves it but would be good to understand what is happening.

Most likely your vpn connection drops and then the attached containers need to reset their network connection through the container.. this has been a long running issue that we never solved really as I’m not sure exactly how we could do this

Add a simple HEALTHCHECK to the other containers (e.g. curl-ing github.com) and then use https://hub.docker.com/r/willfarrell/autoheal to monitor and restart those which fail?
