Failed to connect to XX.XX.XXX.X port 19999

I am new to containers. I am running docker version 26.1.3. Very strange occurrence that after starting the container I can add 1 torrent from my private tracker and it works, it downloads it. When I go to add a second torrent i get the following error "Tracker returned an error. Invalid port! Staff has been notified." and the DL never begins. When I view the container log it's as follows

I figured it out, I needed to set DISABLE_PORT_UPDATER environment variable to true in order for this error to go away and my tracker to work

Having same issue, unable to get port forwarding working on this. Also having this issue with qbittorrent-openvpn. VPN provider is PIA, not sure what's causing it.
