The information for how to run this container on podman is not consistent across the two files.

Readme.md:

$ podman run --privileged -d \
              -v /your/storage/path/:/data \
              -v /your/config/path/:/config \
              -e OPENVPN_PROVIDER=PIA \
              -e OPENVPN_CONFIG=france \
              -e OPENVPN_USERNAME=user \
              -e OPENVPN_PASSWORD=pass \
              -e LOCAL_NETWORK=192.168.0.0/16 \
              --log-driver k8s-file \
              --log-opt max-size=10m \
              -p 9091:9091 \
              haugene/transmission-openvpn

(does not include --cap-add)

Running this container with Podman
The podman run command is almost identical to [the one mentioned in README.md](https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn/blob/master/README.md#docker-run) but with the following exception:

Instead --cap-add=NET_ADMIN you have to specify --cap-add=NET_ADMIN,NET_RAW,MKNOD. MKNOD and NET_ADMIN are necessary so Podman can create the tunnel, NET_RAW is needed for ping.

(omitts information about --privileged)
