USE_UFW with multiple local networks

I have more than one local network here with routing. I would like to allow more than just one of them to use transmission, but if I enable USE_UFW it appears to block all traffic that isn't on LOCAL_NETWORK. Is it possible to specify multiple LOCAL_NETWORK? Is there some other way to configure UFW in the container in such a way that it persists?

I have already set up TRANSMISSION_RPC_WHITELIST appropriately.

I also have a similar question about routing. I can see in the container that there is a default route for LOCAL_NETWORK to the default gateway set up as part of the container networking. However, I don't see a way to add more routes. So, even if USE_UFW is "false", communication with the secondary local network does not work because the default route for the transmission container goes across its own OpenVPN tunnel. How can I add more routes so other local networks can communicate with transmission?
