So I download something using a magnet file. I end up with:
Some.file.2016.720p.WEB-DL.mkv
and there is a corresponding:
2d9adee62eae5bcc754c7d0a37ec351bda086ca6.torrent
file associated with it.
Can I copy those two files to some temp directory, then use the transmission client to remove those files.
Then at some point I want to serve those up again, how can I do that? Can I copy the .mkv file someplace and it's corresponding .torrent file?
I was having a general issue with losing old torrents whenever I restarted the transmission docker but found that I needed to keep the transmission-home/ directory in the host filesystem. That's where I see the .torrent file.
Can I just manually put the .torrent file back into the torrents directory and put the .mkv file in the /completed' directory and they are available again, or do I need to do something else?
Thanks.
