Camel 4.14 - Add page to show route groups

We have a page that show routes. But it would be nice to have a page that shows route groups which we have in Camel 4.14 onwards. This allows to aggregate status from N routes together into a single entry.

You can also start and stop route groups with JMX operations. There is a RouteGroupMBean.

@phantomjinx I remember you partially implemented the route group in the camel tree. Is it something we can add on top of your work?

This one is a big feature and hard to implement in a short time. Let's move it to the next release cycle after hawtio/react 1.11.0. @abkieling
