multi-line description leads to error in export file

What is the issue you are experiencing?

If you press Enter in the item description to create a new line, a new line is also created in the export file. The description then ends up in the HB.import_ref field.

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

Add a desciption over more than 1 line using enter and export the db.
