The language picker should be more visible and show the current language. Most people won't even notice that the website is available in more languages.

Curiously, the language picker on mobile is as it should be. It's only "hidden" on desktop.

It's easy to add an option to control whether to always show the text/label of current language, but naming is difficult, ideas is welcome.

But it doesn't very useful for this case, you can also set up the content panel module, which is sticky and easily discovered, especially on mobile devices.
