Add test if duplicates are present in SRU harvst #21
Description
Last week the SRU Server of ZDB had a problem: While providing the correct number of records, it did not contain unique records but some duplicates and missing some others.
We may introduce a check if the record ids are unique and otherwise use the old SRU file.
