Show info box for persons without `dateOfBirth` but with ORCID link

Improvement for #409: We had a GDPR request today (subject "Antrag auf Löschung meiner personenbezogenen Daten gemäß Datenschutzrecht") by a person whose lobid-gnd entry does not have an info box shown because of non-existing birth date information. The entry has a sameAs link to ORCID, though, which is also a good indicator for a living person where the info box makes sense.

To Do Add info box also for entries without dateOfBirth but with `sameAs.collection.id:"https://orcid.org".
