Altitude adjustments do not stick in glotec_local3.html anymoree #23
Description
The altitude of the transmit site is not being adjusted in the underlying database(s.)
Set up code that will update the corresponding rows in rm_toucans.db and rm_toucans_slice.db and that will use a URL argument in the page when the link to the map is created.
