Here is my Json file of 5 Siemens devices to maybe help reference the possible “commands”. I don't know if it can be useful...
Yesterday I tried to use Node Red to change some of the commands, but I'm so bad at it that I think I managed to do something stupid by using the Select_Next command on the AmbientLightColor.... value. I did indeed change the color, but I also changed something else at the same time, because the Wifi on the Hood went out...
Anyway, I'm no longer playing the sorcerer's apprentice....
So I hope this file where I voluntarily replaced all refs such as serial key etc by “$$”.
If need be, I can provide other info to help the community move forward with this GENIAL project.

I have an example neff hood MQTT example that may have similar controls for the ambient light and colour. It's in the wiki, although for a manually configured MQTT from a few versions ago.

With my colours I have a range of colour options 1-29 or so but no reference to what colours. Or I can use a custom colour and set a colour code.

Maybe someone can with your hcpy2 (cloudness Home Connect) create new Node (currently I use these https://github.com/alexkn/node-red-contrib-homeconnect but of course it is with the Cloud :-( ) and its limits per minute hour day etc..

AmbientLight now has an entry in discovery.yaml so that could be picked up, but it only really works effectively in CustomColor mode. The Color values dont match up with yours (I have 1-31 and you have 32-40)...

You appear to have some AmbientLight animations and Programs which could make setting the Effects complicated!

I don't think it includes the names just the numbers? Not sure if it's in the raw XMl but the colour names may need to be retrieved from the app or maybe it's in the homeconnectalt integration.
