KeePass shows two icons in taskbar instead of one when attempting to edit an entry.

When one attempts to edit an entry within Keepass the taskbar shows 2 icons instead of the standard one. This type of behaviour does not occur in the standard windows taskbar and only in AltAppSwitcher. This makes single switching an issue as you now need to add an additional tab to get back to your original window.
