Setup Android/IOS Platforms reusing already installed tools

Q: How do I setup ssc to reuse the existing Android and iOS/XCode setup I already have (used frequently with Flutter)?

Also as an aside, ssc setup --platform=ios just exists with 1 with no obvious error message :/
