Feature: Save discovered peers locally

My understanding of Latica is:

• There are some EC2 instances (powered by Socket Supply? ) running that allow for initial peer discovery when a Socket app launches
• Previously discovered peers are not stored locally

If that is correct I would like to learn the reasoning for it. Would it make sense to store discovered peers locally to ease the peer discovery on restart?

No.

• Anyone can create any kind of node, ec2, a node at home, a node on a device, everything is symmetrical (except of course the hardware), and the network is global.

• Previously discovered peers are stored locally.

So this is for the very first peer discovery? Afterwards there are locally stored peers which can be used.

You can just overwrite that in the constructor if you want, it also does get overwritten with whatever it found after running.
