Using the phrase "The Drupal CLI" is misleading

The language "The Drupal CLI" is misleading. It implies that this it the only Drupal CLI, or is in some ways more official than other Drupal command line tools. This is present on the home page, possibly other places. I'd suggest replacing it with "A Drupal CLI".
