Include banners #828
Description
Since sometimes banners are needed, it would be useful to have a section as admin where to add banners. They should have an icon o fixed size to the left and a text field on the right.
What should be supported in the text field:
- links
- formating: italic, bold
- headline
If no icon is provided, the text field should occupy the whole width
Example:
- create a banner for the application as ESN member
- create banner to link to the ESN survey
- create a banner to promote the esncard
