Hmm codes don't work at all

For some reason when loading sonic frontiers the codes from hmm itself and custom codes from mods cause the game to crash right after startup. This doesn't happen if hmm codes and custom codes are disabled. This is all happening on the development and stable release on a steam deck.

HMM 8 will use a different method for installing .NET Framework which so far with the currents tests on Steam Decks has been successful.
