Regex multi-term search support

Hi, great tool — very fast and useful 👍

It would be extremely helpful to add advanced search support like (1) Regex search (e.g. error.*timeout) or (2) Multi-term search AND/OR: error timeout.

This would remove the need for external pre-filtering (grep, jq) and make log analysis even faster.
